Cyban celebrates International Women’s Day 2023 by announcing 50% female workforce
Cyban has achieved a rare and powerful milestone by reaching 50% female workforce across the company. With females represented across the Board, Executive and operational teams, Cyban is a unique find in a predominantly male industry.
According to Cyban CEO, Brendan Fafiani, having greater diversity across the business has delivered significant benefits.
“As a company, we recognised early on the importance and value diversity plays within our business. The women on our team and Board have and continue to be critical to Cyban’s success,” Mr Fafiani said.
“International Women’s Day is an opportunity to not only recognise the incredible contribution women make, but also reflect on how we can better represent and support women on a daily basis. The technology industry has traditionally been a male dominated space, however there are incredible women making invaluable contributions each day, and I hope that we continue to see greater strides in achieving equality around the world.”
Cyban this week also announced the appointment of Jaala Pulford to its Board.
